Online Study

Studying is obviously not a thing young people enjoy doing. It would be true to say that the majority of adolescents prefer more active ways of spending their time instead of listening to lectures, sitting in a library, writing countless essays and reports, and worrying about exams. At the same time, no one will possibly argue with the fact that education is extremely important in modern western society

As Im studying in a university and currently I have completed my semester on online mode and I had submitted my all assignments on online mode. In today's era online education is very important for students online mode connect with while world to learn anything around the world

There are plenty of websites offering educational services. The most popular are probably Udemy and Coursera, but there are also others such as Khan Academy, Skillshare, and edX. Your choice will probably depend on the region you live in, because some of these services may or may not support your native language. Also, some of these services can offer significant discounts, which will most likely affect your choice as well.

The Government of India has Banned 118 chinese mobile applications, including top social media platforms such as TikTok, WECHAT and HELO, to counter the threat posed by these applications to the country's "sovereignty and security".

I think government has taken well step for the security purpose of the country In a statement, the ministry of electronics and IT has said that "in view of information available they are engaged in activities which is prejudicial to sovereignty and integrity of India, defence of India, security of state and public order.

Smartphone Addiction

Smartphone or Internet addiction can also negatively impact your life by: Increasing loneliness and depression. While it may seem that losing yourself online will temporarily make feelings such as loneliness, depression, and boredom evaporate into thin air, it can actually make you feel even worse.

Excessive use of mobile phones is bad for your psychological health. Constant over-use of mobile phones leads to increased anxiety, feelings of loneliness, and low self-esteem. Reliance on mobile phones can also cause irritation, frustration, and impatience when they cannot be used.
Mobile phones provide the freedom to quickly connect with anyone around the world. They enable us to find any information that we need and is a great source of entertainment.

It would not be wrong to say that human being has become a slave of technique. We have become addicted to our mobile phones in particular. At present, most people suffer from serious mobile addiction. It's like their world revolves around their mobile phones and they can not do it for an hour without it. It is important to remove this addiction to live a healthy, prosperous and peaceful life.

Mobile addiction is more serious than ours. We should help our loved ones to pass through this problem. We can help them by talking to them about this problem without making decisions. Express sympathy and be open for their negative reactions. It is difficult to face this problem, but supporting family and friends can really be helpful in overcoming the addiction of mobile.

Traveling Crazyness

Travelling plays an important part in making us feel relaxed and rejuvenated. It also brings positive changes in our life and keeps us alive and active. Travelling gives us practical experience of things we have studied in the books and surfed on the internet.

Nowadays, many people like travelling as they want to explore the world and watch everything they have read about. And this seems to be quite justified as practical knowledge is way more essential and effective than the theoretical one. People like to visit historical places present in different parts of the world and gather information on the same to write books and stories.

Of course, there are people who are always unhappy with their life. and they will say that travelling is far from pleasant and involves a lot of stress due to the necessity to pack their things, use public transport and so on. But very few people understands that how travelling is exciting and interesting.

A visit to places like Nainital, Darjeeling, Shillong, Panchmari, Goa, Kovalam, Ooty, etc. can have tremendous effect on our physical and mental health.

The beauty and cold of the hills, the charm of the valleys, the chirping of birds, the song of the rivers, the howling of animals, pleasant air, quiet places, etc., can heal many of our mental and physical problems.

A visit to various parts of India will make us realize that India is a mosaic of cultures, races and creed and that diversity is the chief hallmark of our land.

Home Workout

 Physical fitness

Nowadays every human being wants to be physically fit. But going for daily exercises ,running  and gym is not possible for everyone nowadays due to pandemic but they can go for home workout. As I had done various exercises and workouts in this lockdown.

Home Workouts provides daily workout routines for all my main muscle groups. In just a few minutes a day, I can build muscles and keep fit myself at home without having to go to the gym. As no equipment or coach needed, all exercises I had  performed with just my  body weight.

Benefits of Home workout

  •  It saves time. There's no traveling or waiting for machines or equipment.
  • It's low cost. There are no gym fees or expensive equipment needed.
  • Work out anytime. You can exercise on your own schedule, no matter the time of day or night.
  • Privacy.
  • Go at your own pace.

One of the biggest advantages of having a home gym is that you can exercise whenever you want and not just when the gym is open. You also have the freedom to blast your music as loud as you want to. However, working out at home can get lonely at times because it lacks the sense of camaraderie that gyms offer.

A weekly day of rest is often advised when structuring a workout program, but sometimes you may feel the desire to work out every day. As long as you're not pushing yourself too hard or getting obsessive about it, working out every day is fine.

Meditation: a way to heaven

Meditation is a skill

Learning to meditate is like learning any other skill. Think of it like exercising a muscle that you’ve never really worked out before. It takes consistent practice to get comfortable. And it’s usually easier if you have a teacher. We’ve got you covered there.

Meditation is a relaxation technique like yoga and deep breathing that activates the body’s relaxation response. When meditation is practiced regularly, it leads to decrease in our stress levels in everyday life. Meditation gives a boost in our feelings of happiness and calmness. It increases our ability to stay cool, calm and composed under pressure.

Effective meditation is free from any kind of other distraction. Research has shown that meditation has benefits on mental health, including decrease in depression, increase in positive emotional state and increases in the ability to deal with unavoidable stressful conditions in life. Meditation not only involves relaxation but also the active growth of positive mental states such as affection, kindness, sympathy, tolerance and energy. The benefits of meditation are many. Meditation also helps in increasing creative levels of mind. While practicing meditation, our heart rate and breathing slows down, blood pressure becomes normal, sweating becomes less and oxygen can be used more efficiently.
Moreover, our immune system functions well. In short, meditation is magnificent and effective in temporary stress reduction and long-term health. A clear and peaceful state of mind can be achieved through this practice. Meditation increases positive thinking, attention levels and awareness to reduce stress. Thus, meditation should be suggested as a treatment for the prevention of many stress-related conditions.
